How we ship your order

Our delicacies are frozen products. We ship your cooled order in sustainable insulated packaging made from recycled paper from easy2cool instead of Styrofoam. We also add dry ice envelopes to maintain the cold chain. Although we take care to keep the costs for packaging and shipping as low as possible, this results in comparatively higher packaging costs - for the sake of our environment!

Shipping costs & delivery duration

Dispatch days

Our shipping day is Wednesday, which means all orders which we receive until Tuesday 2.00pm will be dispatched on Wednesday and delivered with express service on Thursday. As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your personal tracking code. Once this email has been sent to you, no changes can be made to your order (e.g. cancellation), as the package is already in transit from this point on. If you are not able to receive the package yourself, you should leave a note to the delivery company where he can drop off the package safely. Our products remain cooled for a few hours after delivery thanks to the insulated packaging, but need be stored in the freezer as soon as possible.

Disposal of packaging & dry ice

The shipping carton and the paperfloc insulating bag can be disposed off as a whole in the paper waste. The paper envelopes contain dry ice pellets. Please don’t touch the pellets as they may cause damage to your skin. Once the pellets have evaporated in fresh air, you can dispose the envelopes with your paper waste.

The prices in our online store include all taxes & fees. You can choose between the following payment methods:
